TrueShift ("the app") is published by Faith Dev LLC ("we", "us", "our"). This policy explains what information the app collects, how it's used, and your choices. TrueShift does not require an account, and we do not operate any servers that store your shift or earnings data.
Shift records, tip entries, and your default hourly rate are stored locally on your device only. This data is never transmitted to us, and we have no access to it. If you delete the app, this data is deleted with it.
TrueShift Pro subscriptions are processed by Apple's App Store or Google Play, and subscription status is managed through RevenueCat, our subscription infrastructure provider. To validate your purchase and entitlement, RevenueCat receives a device-generated anonymous user identifier, your purchase/transaction receipt, and basic app and device metadata (app version, OS version, device type). RevenueCat does not receive your name, email, or payment details — those are handled entirely by Apple or Google under their own privacy policies.
You can review RevenueCat's privacy practices at revenuecat.com/privacy.
If you use TrueShift Pro, live shift data (your current rate, tips, and elapsed time) is synced directly between your phone and your paired watch using Apple's WatchConnectivity framework or Google's Wear OS Data Layer API. This sync happens device-to-device and does not pass through our servers, because we don't have any.
Since all shift and tip data lives on your device, uninstalling the app removes it. To request deletion of any subscription-related identifier held by RevenueCat, contact us at the email below and we'll submit a deletion request on your behalf.
TrueShift is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from children.
If this policy changes, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
