These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of TrueShift (the "app"), published by Faith Dev LLC ("we", "us", "our"). By downloading or using the app, you agree to these Terms.
TrueShift is a personal shift- and tip-tracking tool. It calculates your effective hourly rate based on the hours and tips you log. It is provided for informational purposes only and is not a substitute for professional payroll, accounting, or tax advice.
TrueShift's free tier allows up to 3 shifts per week. TrueShift Pro is an auto-renewing subscription that removes this limit and unlocks additional features (Apple Watch/Wear OS sync, custom tip presets, and advanced analytics with export).
Refund requests are handled by Apple or Google, in accordance with their respective refund policies. We do not process payments or issue refunds directly.
Shift and tip data you enter is stored locally on your device. You are responsible for backing up or exporting this data before uninstalling the app or switching devices. See our Privacy Policy for details.
You agree not to misuse the app, attempt to reverse engineer it, or use it in any way that violates applicable law.
TrueShift is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the accuracy of calculated rates or earnings figures, which depend entirely on the data you enter.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Faith Dev LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
